We have learned from our own experience that cyclists and runners perform better when they have greater flexibility in their hips and backs, because greater flexibility gives us the opportunity to produce greater power through a greater range of motion. This class is taught by experienced multi-sport athletes and focuses on stretching and strengthening those muscles that are critical to your health and performance.
This is an opportunity for kids to explore their own yoga practice. Students will begin to answer the question "What is Yoga?" as they learn the basics of postures and breath. This class is appropriate for children who are new to yoga, as well as for those who are continuing their practice.
