hope towards a peaceful future. Bring a journal.
This is an 18 hour intensive workshop on how food and yoga effect the mind/body. What
are micronutrients vs. macronutrients? How can we overcome obstacles, fear, and/or unhealthy habits with food? How do we shop for
and prepare food to improve our energy, skin, mood, immune system, and digestion? We will also practice hatha yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama and meditation. This is such a wonderful
