Each session includes lecture, breath-aligned gentle postures (asanas), yoga nidra (sleep yoga) and a sitting practice to gain mastery over our mind (nirodha), PDF handouts of all techniques, and a digital companion course with the meditation practices. You'll also receive a certificate of completion from the Himalayan Institute.
